InterSing is a vocal workshop group providing singing coaching for boys and girls 11-15

The group meets weekly on Tuesdays from 7.00 to 8.00pm in the Maltings Studio at The VoiceBox, and is open without audition. For some singers, InterSing acts as a training group working towards membership of Voices Choir.

The workshop aims to develop the voice and teach the use of good vocal technique: singers work on aspects such as posture, breathing, diction and tone; and explore a variety of repertoire. The classes  extend their musical awareness, their vocal facility and their interpretative skills.

Performances

InterSing sometimes performs at Voices Choir concerts; and the members regularly take part, both as soloists and in ensemble, in Young Singers’ Concerts at The VoiceBox.
